Hearons’ 50th
Clifton and Mae (Edith Mae Jones) Hearon, of Maryville, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with a reception from 1 to 3 p.m. July 8 at Maple Grove Baptist Church, 3201 Carpenters Grade Road.
They request that gifts be omitted.
The couple were married July 14, 1962, at Mt. Carmel Baptist Church. The Rev. Beecher Whitehead officiated.
Their family includes children Bobby (Tammy) and Brian (Michelle). They have three grandchildren, Matt (Stephanie), Casey and Bethany, and one great-grandchild, Bailey.
Mr. Hearon is the pastor at Maple Grove Baptist Church, where he and Mrs. Hearon are members. Mrs. Hearon is retired from Blount County Schools.
Mrs. Hearon is active at Mountain View Eastern Star. The couple enjoy camping and traveling.
