Pollocks’ 60th
Charles (Chuck) and Patricia Grames Pollock, of Blount County, will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary today by having an anniversary brunch in Townsend.
The couple were married June 17, 1952, in Cheyenne, Wyo., where Mr. Pollock was serving in the United States Air Force.
Mr. Pollock is a Korean War veteran who served in the Air Force for four years. He worked for Delta Air Lines out of Philadelphia. He is a Presbyterian elder. Mrs. Pollock is a published writer who did freelance work for The Daily Times for several years.
The couple moved to Blount County from New Jersey in 1993, where they had lived for more than 40 years.
