Stricklands’ 60th
Kenneth and Wilma (Poplin) Strickland, of Maryville, celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary Oct. 2.
The couple were married Oct. 2, 1952, in Rossville, Ga.
Their family includes children Debi Teffeteller, Vickie Emert, Kim Chapman, Kelly Russell and Kevin Strickland, all of Blount County. They have 13 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Mr. Strickland is retired from Schlegel. Mrs. Strickland is retired from Wal-Mart.
They attend Six Mile Baptist Church.
