Maryville residents among graduates of Tusculum
Two hundred and sixty-six students were graduated during commencement ceremonies Saturday, Dec. 15, at Tusculum College.
Amanda R. Waggoner of Maryville graduated with a Master of Arts degree in education with a concentration in curriculum and instruction. Waggoner graduated with high honors in recognition of maintaining a 4.0 grade point average during her graduate studies.
Graduating cum laude with Bachelor of Arts degrees in human growth and learning, elementary K-6, were Rebekah M. Bays of Louisville and Leah Elyse Kane of Maryville. Students graduating with a 3.5 to 3.74 GPA received cum laude honors.
Joseph A. Thornill of Maryville earned a Bachelor of Science degree in organizational management with a concentration in financial management.
Earning Bachelor of Science degrees in organizational management with a concentration in marketing were Katelyn M. Hodge and Kyle B. Hodges of Maryville and Andrea M. Miles of Alcoa.
Among those graduating with Bachelor of Science degrees in organizational management were Jeffrey M. Bowles, Lee A. Haines, Robert B. Holt, Susan C. Johnson and Sonia L. Vance, all of Maryville.
John H. Sewell III of Alcoa earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with a concentration in financial management.
Kimberley D. A. Trimble of Maryville graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with a concentration in human resource management. Students graduating with a 3.75 to 3.94 GPA received magna cum laude honors.
Brenda L. Gilpatrick of Maryville eared a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing.
Graduating with Bachelor of Science degrees in business administration were Joshua D. Johnson and Craig M. Strange, both of Maryville.
