Mrs. Wilburn celebrates 90th birthday
Maggie Anderson Wilburn, of Maryville, recently celebrated her 90th birthday. She was born June 12, 1922, and has lived her entire life in Blount County. She was married to the late Charlie Lee Wilburn for 57 years. Her parents are the late Mr. and Mrs. James Anderson.
Her family includes her five children, Lois, Ken, Eddie and Freddie, all of Maryville and Edna Wilburn Woody, of Panama City, Fla. She has five grandchildren, two step-grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
The party hosted by Mrs, Wilburn’s children was attended by several family members, friends and relatives. She enjoys spending time with her only surviving sibling, Katherine Anderson Ward.
