County under tornado watch until 1 p.m.
Blount County and 32 other counties in Tennessee are under a
tornado watch until 1 p.m. According to the National Weather Service, a line of strong to severe
thunderstorms could bring damaging straight line winds of 60 to 70 MPH. Isolated tornadoes will be
possible with the stronger storms.
