Part of West Broadway shut down by fatal accident near Sandy Springs Road

Emergency responders are on the scene of a fatal accident
involving three vehicles in front of Auto Zone on West Broadway Avenue between Montgomery Lane and
Sandy Springs Road.
Maryville Police Chief Tony Crisp does not expect West Broadway Avenue to be fully open until around 2 p.m. Southbound Alcoa Highway/US 129 traffic is backed up due to the accident, which occurred about 11:45 a.m.
