William Blount High School student missing

Hunter Barnes, a rising senior at William Blount High School, has been missing since Wednesday, June 13.

According to his mother, Karen Click (who is married to Billy Click) of Morganton Road, Maryville, Barnes was last seen at the Fairview Branch of Alcoa Tenn Federal Credit Union near Foothills Mall.

He was described at being 5 feet, 9 inches, tall and weighing 150 pounds with dark hair.

He was driving a 2001 white, four-door Mazda Protege. Barnes was employed at Kroger on Watkins Road in Maryville.

His father is Dale Barnes of French Street, Maryville.

His mother said a missing person report has been filed with Blount County Sheriff’s Office. She added that her son has never gone missing before.
