The Daily Times' 2013 Progress edition will look at businesses 'Then and Now'
Local businesses are far more than a means of making widgets and selling wares. Local businesses are our friends and neighbors.
But what do we really know about them? When did they start? What do they see as their mission? How many people do they employ in our community?
Our annual Progress edition, “Then and Now,” will help answer those questions — and you have an opportunity to play a part.
If you would like to be a part of these special sections, there is a special form you can fill out. It’s available by calling our Advertising department at 981-1150, or you can pick one up at our offices. Return this form to our offices at 307 E. Harper Ave., Maryville, or mail to Then and Now, c/o The Daily Times, P.O. Box 9740, Maryville, TN, 37803.
You can also fill out this form by going online at http://www.thedailytimes.com . Look for “Then and Now” under Hot Topics. Download the PDF, fill it out, and submit it using the above instructions.
We will use that information to help create a story profiling your business. Please do not use this space to promote specific products, sales, or other information that you would normally present to customers in a paid advertisement. Deadline for submission is January 15, 2013.
