Crisp-Davis

Emily Caroline Crisp, daughter of Phillip Mark and Sharon Crisp, of Maryville, is engaged to marry Joshua Ryan Davis, son of Robert and Suzanne Davis, of Maryville, at 3 p.m. Oct. 20 at New Providence Primitive Baptist Church. Friends and relatives are invited to attend and are asked to bring a covered dish for a traditional reception.

The future bride is the granddaughter of James Homer and Mae Crowder, of Maryville, and the late Lee and the late Anna Lee Crisp.

The future bridegroom is the grandson of Rex and Marilyn Davis, of Maryville, Jane Mock, of Nashville, and the late Rodie Mock.

The bride-to-be is a 2010 graduate of Heritage High School. She works at Blackberry Farm.

The bridegroom-to-be is a 2007 graduate of Gallatin High School. He works for the Blount County Highway Department.
