Sarah Kasey Young, daughter of Gary and Susan Young, of Friendsville, is engaged to marry James “Roger” Cunningham, son of Ed and Melissa Cunningham, of Maryville, June 30. Invitations have been sent.
The future bride is the granddaughter of Margie McCall, of Maryville, the late Creed “Bo” McCall, and the late R.C. and Betty Young.
The future bridegroom is the grandson of Penny Scobey, of Lake Placid, Fla., and Roger and Rheta Cunningham, of Valdosta, Ga.
The bride-to-be is a 2011 graduate of Tennessee Technological University. She is a third-grade teacher at Eaton Elementary School in Loudon County.
The bridegroom-to-be is a graduate of William Blount High School. He is employed as warehouse manager for Beds to Go.
