An Alcoa man is considering a plea agreement on multiple charges of sexual conduct with a minor child.
Steven Leroy Myers, 47, Grayson Drive, Alcoa, is expected to enter a plea agreement on Oct. 28.
He had been scheduled to plead Friday but decided he wanted to talk further with his lawyer, public defender Shawn Graham.
Blount County Circuit Court Judge David R. Duggan then reset the case for Oct. 28.
Myers was originally charged in March with statutory rape by an authority figure, incest and soliciting sexual exploitation of a minor.
The victim is a 15-yer-old girl.
The investigating Alcoa officer was Detective Kris Sanders.
Wearing the dull gray and white stripes of jail inmates, Myers spent most of Friday waiting as other cases were heard by Duggan.
