Alcoa teen injured when car hits house

A house that has been hit numerous times by vehicles was again the scene of a wreck at 10:48 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of West Lamar Alexander Parkway and North Houston Street. Keena Agee, 16, Dalton Street, Alcoa, was driving a maroon Ford Focus and Wayne Bowen, Dewberry Drive, Maryville, was driving a gray GMC Yukon pickup. According to the Maryville police report, Agee attempted to pull out from North Houston Street and cross four lanes of traffic. She pulled out in front of Bowen and her vehicle was pushed by the impact into the residence, according to Maryville Police Chief Tony Crisp. According to the police report, Agee was taken by Rural/Metro Ambulance Service to Blount Memorial Hospital, but no information on her condition was available.
