Bunky Slaughter
Bunky Slaughter, age 38, of Maryville, passed away Thursday, January 10, 2013. He went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Bunky was preceded in death by his father, Wayne Slaughter; and by his grandparents, James Shearl and Hazel Irene Leach. Bunky is survived by his mother, Phyllis Slaughter, daughter, Bethanie Slaughter; aunt, Kathy Leach; brothers and sister-in-law, Bodie and Rhonda Slaughter, Bob Slaughter and Leann McGaha, and Billy Slaughter; nephews and nieces, Chris and Brittany Gullett, Billy Slaughter, Bodie Slaughter, Baylee Slaughter, Briana Slaughter, Braye Slaughter, and great-niece, Bali Gullett. Funeral services will be at 7:30 p.m. Monday, January 14, 2013, at Memorial Funeral Home in Maryville with Rev. Steve Poplin officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family request donations to help with funeral expenses.
