Carol Elizabeth Ledgerwood
Carol Elizabeth Ledgerwood, age 49, of Knoxville, passed away Tuesday, November 6, 2012, at the family home. She was a member of Concord Baptist Church. Carol graduated from Farragut High School and worked in the retail business. She will be missed by family and many friends. She was a sweet, easygoing person. Carol will be missed every minute by her mother. They shared so much all their life. Her smile will be missed by all who knew her. Survivors include her mother, Marie Ledgerwood; uncles, Robert and Delores Hummel and Fritz and Linda Hummel; aunt, Margaret Williams; and aunt, Suzanne and Jim Hartsell; a host of cousins and other family; special friend, Tina Householder. Funeral service will be held at noon Saturday, November 10, 2012, in the Smith Trinity Chapel with Rev. Steve Park officiating. Interment will follow at Grandview Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to your favorite charity.
