Carol Mae Cook
Carol Mae Cook, September 16, 1926–October 27, 2012. Carol, beloved wife of Clayton Cook; and mother of daughters, Julianne and Alisa; and son, Scott; died peacefully on October 27 surrounded by her family and following a long bout with diabetes. A ceremony of celebration of her life will be held at 2 p.m. Monday November 12, at Skyline at First Hill, Seattle. Contributions may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Fund in lieu of flowers.
