Clara Roberts Bell
Clara Roberts Bell, age 88, of Maryville, passed away Monday, January 28, 2013, at home. She was a member of Pecks Memorial United Methodist Church and was organist there for many years. She enjoyed playing music and gardening. Clara was a tremendous caregiver and was always there for others in their time of need. Preceded in death by husband, James Harold Bell; mother, Nellie M. Roberts; brother, John Roberts; sisters-in-law, Jo Roberts and Ann Roberts; nephew, Mike Roberts. Survivors include sons and daughters-in-law, David and Paulette Bell and Bobby and Connie Bell; grandchildren, Scott and Lisa Bell, Daren and Jennifer Bell, Erin Bell, and Jeremy Bell; great-grandchildren, Sydney Bell and Ethan Bell; brothers, Minnis Roberts and wife Ruth and James Roberts; sister-in-law, Sue Bell; special niece and nephew, Ann and Larry Melton and Edward and Debbie Roberts; special cousin, Evelyn Cooper; beloved friend and caregiver, Nellie Baine; many other loving family members and friends; grandchildren in her heart, Jeff and Chrissy and Matthew and Jenna. Funeral service will be at 7 p.m. Wednesday, January 30, 2013 at Smith Trinity Chapel with Rev. Larry Best officiating. Interment will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, January 31, 2013, at Grandview Cemetery.
