Eva Juanita Cotner
Eva Juanita Cotner, 71, of Alcoa, passed away February 11, 2013. She was a Born Again Christian. She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Florence Cotner; and brother, Walter Chester Cotner. She is survived by her daughters, Teresa Renee Hodge, and Marilyn Yvette Cook and husband Charles; son, Gregory Darnell Cotner; grandchildren, Martina Michelle Watson, Nneka Arinze Sykes and husband Stephen, Colyn Bernard Powell, Chad Bradford Powell, Erica Latsha Hodge, Terrell Dupree Warren, and Juanita Shantel Cotner; several great-grandchildren; special great-grandson, Michael Watson; aunties, Mary Lou Lane of Knoxville, Minie Helen Locke and husband Carl of Cleveland, Ohio, Elizabeth Cotner, Laura Bell Manuel, and Mable Cotner, all of Rockford; uncles, James Cotner and wife Betty of Knoxville, and Walter Cotner and wife Lucille of Rockford. A going home celebration will be held 7 p.m. Friday, February 15, 2013, at Memorial Funeral Home with Rev. Dr. Richard M. Gadzekpo officiating.
