Inell Ratliff
Inell Ratliff passed away peacefully at Kindred Care Transitional Center in Maryville on Thursday, January 10, 2013. She was born on June 16, 1935, in Hancock County, Tenn. She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Bessie Royston; and brother, LC Royston, all of Sneedville, Tenn. Mrs. Ratliff was a member of Beech Grove Baptist Church in Louisville, Tenn. She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Paul Lee Ratliff; son and daughter-in-law, Dave and Janet Ratliff; daughter, Donna Breese, all of Maryville. Mrs. Ratliff left a loving legacy to her grandchildren, Jennifer Breese of Maryville, Stephanie Patterson and grandson-in-law, Steve Patterson of Knoxville, David and Katie Ratliff of Maryville. Surviving great-grandchildren include Elijah and Caleb Sneed of Maryville, and Ethan and Reese Patterson of Knoxville. She is also survived by her brother and sister-in-law, Hugh and Dottie Royston of Sneedville, Tenn., along with some very special nieces. Mrs. Ratliff was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and will be dearly missed by her family. Funeral services will be held at McNeil Funeral Home in Sneedville, Tenn., on Saturday, January 12, 2013, at l0 a.m. The family will receive friends on Friday, January 1l, from 6-8 p.m. at McNeil Funeral Home in Sneedville. In lieu of flowers, the family requests gifts to be given to the Beech Grove Baptist Church Mission Fund or the East Tennessee Alzheimer’s Association.
