James Charles Dunn, formerly of Blount County, died July 30, 2012, in Farmville, Va. Survivors include wife, Ella Mae Cope Dunn; children, Stevie and Liz Dunn, Douglas Dunn, and Diane and Jerry Jamerson; grandchildren, Chris and Emily Dunn; great-granddaughter, Haley; sisters, Betty Waycaster, Shirley Christian, and Carolyn England; brothers-in-law, Don Tipton and Dean Tipton of Townsend, Oscar and Bill Cope of Jetersville, Va., and Kenneth and Mary Cope of Maryville.
