Lee E. Henegar

Lee E. Henegar, age 88, of Greenback, passed away Wednesday, December 26, 2012. He was a member of Binfield United Methodist Church. He retired from IBEW Local Union 270 and worked for Oak Ridge for 35 years. He served with the United States Navy from 1944 to 1946. Preceded in death by parents, Andrew Jackson and Nora Henegar; three brothers, and two sisters. Survived by wife, Nadine Henegar; sons and daughters-in-law, Larry and Sandy Henegar, Steven and Johanna Henegar; grandchildren, Leighanne Sisk and husband Jason, Lindsay Law, Dwight Dockery; great-granddaughter, Rhiannon Mills; great-grandsons, Bryson and Andrew Sisk. Special thanks DCI in Maryville, Dr. Bryan Thompson, Care Choice, and UT Hospice. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Haven House, P.O. Box 134, Alcoa, TN 37701. Service will be Friday, December 28, 2012, at Sherwood Chapel, 3 p.m. with Rev. Tom Robins and Rev. Steve Hicks officiating. Visitation will be Friday, 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. prior to service. Interment to follow in Sherwood Memorial Gardens. Condolences may be offered online at http://www.sherwoodchapel.net Arrangements by Sherwood Chapel and Memorial Gardens.
