Lillian Louise Myers

Lillian Louise Myers left this earth on Saturday, January 5, 2013, to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ and join that Heavenly choir. She trusted the Lord Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior during a revival at Victory Baptist Church in 1953. She started singing in her home church every Lords day and loved to sing praises unto her Lord. She sang at revivals and camp meetings in Tennessee, North Carolina, and Georgia. She worked for over 30 years as a volunteer at Blount Memorial Hospital in the Auxiliary. She loved to help organize and plan Christmas and Easter programs and present them to the church. One of her greatest pleasures was spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She also loved to sew, cook, travel and go camping. Preceded in death by her parents; Maynard Ledbetter and Mary Cooper Ledbetter, brother Mayford Ledbetter and wife June Ledbetter, sister-in-law Mary Ledbetter. Survivors include: husband of 60 years, Charles A. Myers, sons and daughters-in-law; Roger and Wanda Myers, Tim and Sheila Myers, Danny and Jennifer Myers; grandchildren, Brooke Myers, Bryson Myers, Stacy Franklin and husband, Billy; great-grandchildren, Tyler Martin, Jacob Martin, Brooke Franklin, and Brody Franklin; brothers and sisters-in-law, Glenn and Evelyn Ledbetter, Mark and Sarah Ledbetter, and Luke Ledbetter; sister and brother-in-law, Barbara and Jack Reagan.
