Lois Robbins Oran

Lois Robbins Oran, 47, of Harriman, Tenn., passed away Saturday, January 19, 2013. She was a member of Victory Baptist Church in Kingston, Tenn., and served as a registered nurse at Blount Memorial Hospital for 14 years. It was her passion to provide nursing care to others, lend a listening ear, and fill a room with laughter. Heaven is a brighter place with her in it. Her sweet memories will linger forever in our hearts. The family would like to thank the church and the hospital for their support and care during her time of need. God bless you all. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jack and Joyce Robbins. Survivors include sons and daughter, Jake Sheets, Michael Simek, and Samantha Cross; and husband, Steve Oran: grandchildren, Summer Elaine Campbell and Landon M. Sheets: brother, Mark Robbins: sister and brother-in-law, Darlene and Keith Limburg: mother-in-law, Carolyn Starks: brothers-in-Law, Harold and Bryan Oran: nieces and nephews, Chris and Ashley Burchfield, and James and Amy Cornett. A celebration of Lois’s life will be held at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, January 23, 2013, in the Smith Trinity Chapel with Rev. Danny Thomas officiating.
