Patricia Iris Dolinger
Patricia Iris Dolinger, of Sumter S.C., went home to be with the Lord on February 27, 2013. She was born on May 18, 1941, to Oscar and Essie Gibbs. She is married to William F. Dolinger. “Pat” was a believer in Jesus Christ the only begotten Son of God. She was faithful in Bible study and prayer. She is survived by three sons, Michael Dolinger, Rodney Nuchols and Claude Ramsey; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren; sisters, Ann Nuchols and Sherry Gibbs; and brother, Ronnie Gibbs. She is preceded in death by brother, Jerry Gibbs; mother and father, Essie and Oscar Gibbs. Visitation will be held Friday, March 1, 2013, from 5-7 p.m. at Highland South Funeral Home, 9010 East Simpson Road, Knoxville, TN 37920, with a funeral service to follow at 7 p.m., officiated by Claude Ramsey. Graveside service will be held Saturday, March 2, 2013, at 10 a.m. at Highland South Memorial Park.
