Peggy D. Alexander, age 65, of Greenback, passed away Wednesday, November 21, 2012, at home. She was preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Ora Lee Derreberry; brother, Guy Derreberry; sister, Jean Chastain; sister and brother-in-law, Patsy and Bill Gibson. Survivors include her husband, Howard (Alex) Alexander; daughter and son-in-law, Amy and Chris Cook; daughter, Alicia Alexander; grandchildren, Kaitlyn Cook, Gage Cook, Jaxon Chambers; sisters, Suzie Chastain, Cynthia Burnett, Gail Hamby; brother, Mikel Derreberry; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Pam and Giles Ennis, Cathy Alexander and Paige Gamble; special friend, Joy Hammontree; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be at 7 p.m. Saturday in McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tony Brock and Rev. Donnie Jones officiating. The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. Saturday at McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home.
