The Rev. R. Paul Counts, grandfather of the bride, and the Rev. Chris Kawa officiated.
Christine French, of Woodstock, Ga., was matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Brianna vanderVeen, of Knoxville, sister of the bride, Lucinda Wood, of Charleston, S.C., and Elise Languedoc, of Cleveland.
Joe Covert, of Friendsville, was best man. Groomsmen were Clayton Covert, of Friendsville, brother of the bridegroom, Michael Bentz, of Friendsville, Chris Borders, of Alcoa, and Ben Karnes, of Rockford.
A reception was held at Wears Valley Ranch.
After a wedding trip to the Smoky Mountains, the couple are living in Cleveland.
The bride received a Bachelor of Science degree in athletic training from Lee University. She is employed as an athletic trainer at Benchmark in Cleveland.
The bridegroom is a junior majoring in health science at Lee University.
