Leeman-Semmer

Johnna Blythe Semmer, of Arlington, Va., daughter of Glenna McMahan Semmer, of Maryville, and Dr. John Richard Semmer, of Dandridge, was united in marriage with Robert Paul Leeman, of Nashville, son of Karen Leeman, of Nashville, and the late Anthony K. Leeman Jr., Nov. 10 at The King and Prince Hotel and Resort, St. Simons Island, Ga. Dr. Wright Culpepper, St. Simons Island, officiated.

Anne-Leslie Owens, of Nashville, was matron of honor.

John Leeman, of New York, and Mark Leeman, of Arlington, Va., brothers of the bridegroom, were best men.

A reception and wedding brunch were held at The King and Prince Hotel.

The couple are living in Arlington, Va.

The bride received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of William & Mary, a Master of Arts in public history from Middle Tennessee State University and is a Ph.D. candidate, University of Maryland. She is employed by the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation for the federal government, Washington, D.C.

The bridegroom received Bachelor of Arts and masters degrees in urban planning from the University of Kansas. He is employed as an urban planner for the city of Nashville.
