Rebecca Brown Crawford, daughter of Margaret Ellen and Duncan Crawford, of Maryville, was united in marriage with Eric Norris Reynolds, son of Judy and Wayne Reynolds, of Fayetteville, Ga., at 4:30 p.m. May 11 at New Providence Presbyterian Church in Maryville. The bride’s ancestors were among the first members of the church when it was founded in Craig’s Fort in 1786.
The Rev. Dr. Emily J. Anderson officiated. Judith Waters Staunton was matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Jennifer Copp Crawford, sister-in-law of the bride, Amanda Garrigan-Burhart, Stephanie Bauer Daniel and Viktoria Ziebarth.
Sean Flynn was best man. Groomsmen were Nathan Knowles, Christopher Clare, Patrick De Varona and Theodore Mallory IV. Scripture readers were Adam L. Crawford, brother of the bride, and Hillary Dewhirst.
A reception was held at RT Lodge in Maryville.
After a wedding trip to the island of Mallorca and Barcelona in Spain, the couple are living in Atlanta, where they are both attorneys.
The bride is a graduate of Rhodes College in Memphis, and the University of Tennessee College of Law, Knoxville.
She is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. John C. Crawford Jr. and the late Mr. and Mrs. Alfred F. Latting.
The bridegroom graduated from Georgia Tech, Georgia State University and Vanderbilt University Law School.
He is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. William L. Reynolds Jr. and the late Mr. and Mrs. Royal Ivy Hardman Sr.
