God’s perfect plan determines future
I’ve been frustrated, concerned, angry about the direction of my country and of the world. I would discuss, debate, argue with anybody that would listen. I was angry with Washington. I didn’t understand.
I finally realized why — that “Special Nov. 7th.” It is part of God’s Perfect Plan. Not my imperfect plan. The people that are elected, the laws that are passed, the situations that happen are a part of God’s Perfect Plan. God is never surprised. He knows our thoughts, words and deeds. They are part of his Perfect Plan.
I don’t know the plan, only the final outcome. I do not know my part, however. I am to be a willing servant for the Holy Spirit.
I want to be on the winning side. I know who will win, God. He was in charge at the beginning, and he will be in charge at the end.
Only he knows the stuff in the middle. He is the Perfect Judge. He interprets the law correctly. He knows the whole picture.
Don’t be worried who is president. Don’t be worried about red states vs. blue states. It will play out perfectly. God’s will be done.
This explains the inexplicable things in life. These things had to happen for the success of the perfect plan.
Let this be the calming thought in your brain. We are only tasked with trusting the Holy Spirit and doing what he requests us to do. Use the talents you were given.
What joy there will be to hear — “I know Him because He knows me and enter good and faithful servant.”
