PARIS — A West Tennessee man has been charged with desecrating his daugther's gravesite.

Paducah, Ky., TV station WPSD reports that the Henry County Sheriff's Office in Tennessee charged Jim Wilson this week with trespassing on or injury to cemetery property -- a felony offense. Authorities say Wilson removed flowers, wooden crosses and other tribute items including a grave marker.

Crystal Dunlap was buried at the Shady Grove Cemetery in Paris last year. She was 28.

Her family told the station she was victimized by Wilson her whole life, and now in death, too.

Wilson said he intends to plead not guilty when he appears in court next week. If convicted, he could face up to three years behind bars.
