Hargetts celebrate 50 years together

J.B. and Novella (Baldwin) Hargett, of Greenback, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a party in their honor on June 27.

The couple were married July 3, 1959, in York, S.C. Judge Charles Nunn officiated.

The family includes children Patty Myers, of Maryville, Larry Hargett, of Athens, and Bobby Hargett, of Rutledge. They have seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Mr. Hargett is employed at Hurst Tools. Mrs. Hargett is employed at CSI.
