Restaurant robbed twice in two days

The Miles 411 Family Restaurant, 2635 U.S. 411 South, Maryville, was robbed two days in a row.

Owner Timothy J. Miles reported at 5:50 a.m. Thursday that the cash left in the cash register and cash box had been stolen. The front door was unlocked when he arrived at work. Money stolen was estimated at $380, according to the Maryville Police Department report.

At 5:20 a.m. on Friday he again reported that the restaurant had been robbed. Someone pulled the vent cover off the side of the building and cut the screen to gain entry. The cash register drawer, which contained $400, was stolen.

Trussell has contributed his skills to the History Channel, Disney and American Greetings. He also has directed music videos for Jakob Dylan and Morcheeba, and commercials for Esurance Auto Insurance and Nicorette nicotine gum.

The public is invited to the free presentation.
