Roads, parking lots close for Fall Festival
The city of Maryville has announced several road and parking lot closings during the Foothills Fall Festival, which will be held Friday through Sunday.

The city of Maryville has announced several road and parking lot closings during the Foothills Fall Festival, which will be held Friday through Sunday.
Closures beginning Wednesday:
The top level of the parking garage at the corner of West Broadway Avenue and Cusick Street will close at 5 p.m. The lot is located across the street from Sullivan's Restaurant.
The public parking lot next to the Blount County Courthouse on East Lamar Alexander Parkway and Court Circle will close at 5 p.m.
Closures beginning on Thursday:
West Broadway Avenue from Cates Street to College Street will close at 4 p.m.
North Court Street from Harper Avenue to McCammon Avenue will close at 4 p.m.
Cusick Street from Harper Avenue through Court Circle to West Lamar Alexander Parkway will close for the entire weekend beginning at 4 p.m.
The parking lot at Founder's Park between CBBC and Preservation Plaza will close at 5 p.m.
McCammon Avenue from Harper Avenue to Cusick Street will close at 5 p.m.
Closures beginning Friday:
McCammon Avenue from Cusick Street to McGhee Street will close at 11 a.m.
Parking lots/garages:
The bottom two levels of the new parking garage with an entrance on Harper Avenue will remain open. The top two levels will be reserved for use by vendors with the festival.
The public parking lot next to The Daily Times on Harper Avenue will be closed at 5 p.m. on Thursday for the remainder of the weekend.
The bottom two levels of the parking garage across from Ruby Tuesday corporate headquarters will be open to the public on Saturday and Sunday.
Even though there will be some public parking available, the city encourages people to take advantage of the free shuttle from Foothills Mall beginning at 11 a.m. on Friday, 9 a.m. on Saturday and 11 a.m. on Sunday. The shuttle will continue to run until one hour after the last concert of each night.
The festival will also have a downtown trolley that begins at noon on Friday, 10 a.m. on Saturday, and noon on Sunday. The trolley will drop off visitors at several areas of the festival grounds. Trolley service will end at 6 p.m. each evening when the arts and crafts area on Broadway Avenue shuts down.
