Blount County under tornado watch until 8 p.m.

The National Weather Service in Morristown has issued a tornado watch until 8 p.m. for most of East Tennessee, including Blount County.
If a tornado is spotted, act quickly and move to a place of safety in a sturdy structure, such as a basement or small interior room.
