Kristen Nicole Ledford, of Maryville, daughter of Robert T. and Kellie Ledford, of Maryville, was united in marriage with Robert Edward Lane, of Maryville, son of Robert Lane Jr., of Knoxville, and Kathy Walker, of Maynardville, at 5:30 p.m. May 16. The Rev. Joel Jackson officiated.
Victoria Ledford, of Alcoa, sister of the bride, was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Emily Sharp, of Friendsville, Jennifer Gaumes, of Maryville, Leah Long, of Maryville, Allison Tipton, of Burnsville, N.C., Ashley Gragg, of Green Mountain, N.C., and Marissa Taylor, of Boone, N.C. Lexie Vance, of Burnsville, N.C., was junior attendant.
Britney Clarke was flower girl. Noah Lane was ring bearer. Kasey Bland kept the bride's book.
Robert Lane Jr., of Knoxville, father of the bridegroom, was best man. Groomsmen were Justin Gaumes, of Maryville, Tony Simonic, of Madisonville, Joey Reid, of Friendsville, Grant Bland, of Maryville, Rick Lane, of Maryville, and Brian Wilson. Brandon Lea, of Maryville, was usher.
A reception hosted by Mr. and Mrs. Robert Ledford was held at Smithview Pavilion.
After a wedding trip to Hilton Head, S.C., the couple are living in Maryville.
The bride is a 2006 graduate of Heritage High School. She attended East Tennessee State University and is now pursuing a degree in radiography at South College. She is employed by Qdoba Mexican Grille, Knoxville.
The bridegroom is a 2004 graduate of William Blount High School. He is employed at Strawberry Fields Market, Knoxville.
