Tennessee Small Business Development Center Blount Chamber office plans free seminar

The Tennessee Small Business Development Center Blount Chamber office will conduct a free small business start-up seminar from 9 a.m. to noon Thursday at the Chamber, 201 South Washington Street in Maryville.
The seminar will cover forms of business organization, licenses, insurance, business planning and finance.
The seminar will be conducted by Bruce Hayes, TSBDC senior business specialist. Jacqueline Merritt of the Tennessee District, U.S. Small Business Administration will also discuss various SBA loans available to small businesses, how to qualify and where to apply.
Free confidential business counseling sessions are also available at the Blount Chamber by appointment.
