Jeffrey Long preliminary hearing reset

The preliminary hearing for Jeffrey Scott Long, who is charged with criminal homicide in connection with his wife's death, has been reset for Nov. 2 at 1:30 p.m.
Long was being held in the Blount County Jail in lieu of $525,000 bond.
His wife, Janas Long, 57, was found dead in a large pool of blood last month in her Louisville apartment on Cerritos Way, according to a police report.
