Four subdivisions received final approval Monday evening from Maryville Planning Commission.
Joe Edwin and Mary Price received approval for a two-lot subdivision on Montvale Road at Raulston Road.
Lot one contains 1.7 acres and lot two has 33,000 square feet.
Tex Orr was granted approval of a two-lot subdivision within South Park Business Center, which fronts on U.S. 411 South near William Blount Drive.
The subdivision separates the telecommunication tower, which is located on lot seven, from the remainder of the businesses.
Approval was given Randy Lamon and Steve McDaniel for Phase 2 of the Villas at Carpenters Grade Road, which is located near the entrance to Oxford Hills Subdivision.
Steve Greene received approval for a two-lot subdivision in Royal Oaks Golfing Community. He wants to separate the clubhouse, pool and restaurant at Royal Oaks from the unfinished wing of the clubhouse, which is proposed for a seven-condominium development.
