More than 200 volunteers pumped gas, cleaned windshields and collected tips Friday for United Way Gas Day.
For the last three years, Gas Day has raised around $10,000 a year for United Way.

Calloway Oil, Downey Oil, McNutt Oil and Townsend IGA will all donate a portion of the day's gasoline sales to United Way of Blount County.
Companies and organizations that provided volunteers for Gas Day included DENSO, ALCOA Inc., Wal-Mart, Realty III, Leadership Blount, BB&T, CBBC, First Tennessee Bank, Foothills Bank and Trust, Blount County Habitat for Humanity, Legal Aid of East Tennessee, Senior Citizens Home Assistance Service, Rural Metro, Hicks and Law Insurors Inc. and Townsend Kiwanis.
