Jones named MPLN CIO

Molecular Pathology Laboratory Network Inc. (MPLN) has named Jason Jones the chief information officer.
As the new chief information officer, Jones is responsible for all aspects of the information infrastructure and software development and deployment for MPLN and its divisions, Ascendant Medical Laboratory and Geneuity Clinical Research Services.
Jones brings with him more than 17 years experience in information technology (IT). Prior to joining MPLN, Jones served in the U.S. Marine Corps where he was granted top security clearance to work in areas of national defense.
MPLN is a privately held molecular diagnostic laboratory founded in 1989 and headquartered in Maryville.
