The Foothills Community Players will present its second selection of the 2009-2010 season, "Arsenic and Old Lace," by Joseph Kesselring, Nov. 19 through 22 at the Capitol Theatre in downtown Maryville. Tickets for performances are $16, with a discounted price of $14 for seniors and students. Groups of 10 or more are $14 per person and can be purchased online at www.FoothillsCommunity Players.com or by calling 712-6428.

The Nov. 21 evening performance will be a special dinner theatre event. The price is $37 for a three-course dinner including beverage, tax, gratuity and the show. Tickets for FCP donors and season ticket holders are $22 for the Saturday dinner theatre event. Reservations are required and can be made by calling 712-6428 or by purchasing tickets online at www.FoothillsCommuni tyPlayers.com. Tickets for the dinner theatre will be sold in advance only. The deadline for dinner theatre reservations is Nov. 16.

"Arsenic and Old Lace" is a comedy classic where the audience meets two charming and innocent ladies who populate their cellar with the remains of their roomers. The story of the Brewster sisters is punctuated by their relationships with their nephews Teddy, Jonathan and Mortimer.

The play is directed by James Fisher and is produced in special arrangement with Dramatists Play Service Inc. The FCP is a community theatre company located in Blount County.
