Streamliners in concert Nov. 27 at Capitol

The Streamliners Swing Orchestra Big Band Christmas concert has been set for 7 p.m. Nov. 27 at the Capitol Theatre in downtown Maryville. The Streamliners are a 16-piece swing band that rocks to the big band hits of the 1940s and '50s. The show will feature classic Christmas and holiday dance videos before the show and during intermission. Videos start at 7 p.m., with the band starting at 8 p.m. Free dance lessons with admission before the show.
Tickets are $12 in advance and may be purchased online (www.bookthecapitol.com) or $15 at the door. Call the theater at 980-1966 for more information.
