Townsend Beer Board awarded Ruth Caines an on-premise beer permit Tuesday night.
Caines is the owner and operator of Wings-R Us, 8213 Tenn. 73, Townsend, It is located just past the intersection of Wears Valley Road and East Lamar Alexander Parkway on Tenn. 73.
