Sevier County man bound over to grand jury in connection with death of Knoxville woman

A Sevier County man charged with criminal homicide was bound over to a Blount County grand jury today in connection with the death of a Knoxville woman.
Tracy Lynn Fox faces criminal homicide charges in connection with the death of Wanda Britt, 69, Knoxville.
He appeared in Blount County General Sessions Court at a preliminary hearing today, where Blount County General Sessions Judge Mike Gallegos found there was enough probable cause to send the case to a future grand jury.
