Grace Notes Flute concert to benefit clinic

The Grace Notes Flute Choir will present a Christmas benefit concert at 7 p.m. Dec. 4 to benefit Blount County's Good Samaritan Clinic.
The concert will feature a wide variety of traditional Christmas favorites performed by the 10-piece flute choir with chimes and percussion in accompaniment. Special guests will include retired U.S. Marine Band flutist Gail Bowlin with Celtic harpist Charles Nix.
The concert will be held at the Palace Theater in Maryville. Tickets are available for a minimum donation of $10 and can be purchased at Murlin's Music World, from any choir members or by calling the Palace Theater at 982-3808.
