Emporium holiday sale arrives

The 5th annual Emporium Holiday Extravaganza will take place from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Dec. 4 and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Dec. 5 at the Emporium Center for Arts & Culture, 100 S. Gay St. in Knoxville.
The celebration will feature handmade gifts, live performances and holiday cheer in downtown Knoxville. Unique holiday gifts from 30 local artists, museums and historic homes as well as current works by many of Knoxville's finest performing arts groups will be featured. Admission is free.
