Johnson named managing partner of law firm

The firm of Kramer Rayson LLP has named attorney John T. "Tom" Johnson Jr. as managing partner. He received his undergraduate degree from Tennessee Technological University in 1971, with honors, and his law degree from The University of Tennessee College of Law in 1973.
Johnson has extensive trial experience in the defense of personal injury litigation and insurance coverage litigation. In addition to his trial practice, he is an experienced mediator and arbitrator.
Kramer Rayson LLP has a long history of ties to Blount County. The firm's founder, R.R. Kramer, began his law practice in Maryville with the late Gen. William McTeer. The firm continues to maintain strong ties to the Blount County community. Kramer Rayson attorneys represent a number of business and individuals in Blount County, and Blount County resident Will Carver is the city attorney for Townsend.
