Alcoa Planning Commission approves apartment complex near Green Acres Flea Market

A 48-unit apartment complex in Louisville was approved Thursday night by Alcoa Planning Commission.
Airway Ridge Townhomes will be located on 20.85 acres off Hillside Drive.
The complex will contain six buildings. There will be eight one-bedroom units, 32 two-bedroom units and eight three-bedroom units.
Plans show a clubhouse, sidewalks on both sides of Hillside Drive and an extension of Hillside Drive, with 60 feet of dedicated right of way. Hillside Drive connects with Alcoa Highway beside Green Acres Flea Market.
