Rebekkah Hilgraves (left) and Joani Shaver, executive director of Haven House, talk about "Rachel Rising: A Celebration of Women in the Arts," to be held Thursday at Fairview United Methodist Church. Shaver serves as executive director of Haven House, a program providing domestic violence prevention activities and services in Blount and Monroe counties.
