Embassy Suites by Hilton has opened its new upscale, all-suite hotel in downtown Knoxville.

The historic, adaptive-reuse building is located at 507 South Gay St., owned by Kana Hotel Group and operated by Knoxville Hotel Properties LLC.

The hotel offers 176 suites, including traditional, upscale, two-room suites, as well as Hilton’s Five Feet to Fitness suites, which allow guests to work out in the privacy of their rooms with more than 11 different fitness equipment and accessory options.

It features a luxurious lobby, redesigned bar and atrium with special water features, as well as an award-winning restaurant, Knox Mason, according to the Hilton’s news release.

The Southern-focused eatery serves seasonal menus with a focus on local ingredients. Guests can also take in views of the Tennessee River and Great Smoky Mountains from the tallest rooftop bar in East Tennessee, Radius Rooftop Lounge, while enjoying tapas and a selection of beer, wine and cocktails. Coffee and homemade bagels and cream cheese are available in-house from the local institution, K Brew.
